Good morning loves!
I’m back from my vacation in the Bahamas and SO READY to share my adventures with you guys!
I stayed at Atlantis Resort for a week and it was simply amazing.
The weather was insanely nice and sunny for the first few days 🙂
Okay, although I loved my stay at Atlantis…everything inside of the resort was extremely overpriced.
For example, this fish fillet was nearly $45.
I should have believed the reviews on expedia in regards overpriced food and drink..
I officially am a one-shot-wonder therefore got hammered after a glass of harmless pina colada.
Do you see my Asian glow?
I’m half Japanese and half Korean, but I still have a very low tolerance when it comes to drinking alcohol.
There was actually a moment in my life when I could drink a moderate amount due to liver enzymes booster and Chinese herbal pre-games, but….unfortunately, I’m back to my one-shot-wonder self again and it’s terrible.
Water slides at Atlantis were super fun! I still cannot believe that I conquered the notorious leap of faith slide!
Okay, I can proudly say that this is the coolest thing I’ve ever done in my life.
We got to release newborn baby sea turtles to the ocean and it really was so beautiful and almost spiritual.
The baby sea turtle release tour took off at a “fish hospital” located inside of the resort.
Apparently, this baby stingray is injured therefore need intensive care and love by the fish doctors!
This poor little guy is sick as well 🙁
A year old sea turtles.
Aren’t they just so beautiful?
The newborn baby sea turtles!
I almost died from cuteness overload.
They are so tiny and cute! oh my…
I was slightly afraid of holding a baby sea turtle since it seemed so fragile and tiny.
We weren’t allowed to take photos during the sea turtle release since the flash could distract them from going into the ocean, but I got some pretty decent photos of us with turtles taken by the resort’s photographer.
Once again, this is by far the coolest thing I’ve ever done in my life. So, if you ever visit the Bahamas, please please consider doing this program!
Almost look like an album cover. So beautiful..
Fortunately, Nobu restaurant was located inside of the resort, so I was able to get my homefood fix.
Ended a meal with this delicious sorbet.
I can’t wait to share more adventures with you guys.
