Starting off this post with my new Monchhichi dolls I scored in Tokyo this time 🙂
Aren’t they cute?
And.. my new 400% bearbricks! Welcome home!
I have an issue.
When I got back from Asia in early January, I couldn’t stand LA and had to go back.
So, I flew off to my motherland, Korea for a week.
You know your best friend loves you when she shows up with a bag full of dumplings and snacks.
Foodie adventures in Korea was too epic this time.
I couldn’t stop eating; therefore, I gained approximately 7 lbs by the end.
Do I regret it? NO!
Day drinking in Seoul >
You can’t imagine how cold it is in Korea during wintertime.
Fortunately, I can tolerate cold weather so I still went to a lot of places!
Gotta make the most memories when I’m in my motherland, you know?
Myungdong to do some quick cosmetics shopping.
Oh, when you are in Korea, make sure to stop by at Myungdong and get all the cool Korean cosmetics.
They are affordable and effective! I cannot live without my Korean facial masks!
Finally tried this ridiculously good looking cotton candy in Myungdong.
Obviously I was very excited.
Do we have enough touristy pictures yet?
BOMB fugu (blowfish) lunch my best friend treated me!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE FUGU!
And I finally tried this new cool drinks! They are okay… a little too hyped up.
Take out fresh sashimi is the business.
What am I doing here in LA.
My loner meal.
Back in Myungdong to meet my little cousin and she isn’t little anymore 🙁
Pork blood sausage restaurant I fell in love with.
Ahhhhh sooo delicious.
Traditional Korean food lunch course with my best friend and her lovely mother.
I’m not leaving Seoul without stopping by at the infamous Hanshin Pocha!
Korea was so much fun!
so much food and good memories.
